CERTIFICATION - The (ACMPR) Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulation Program that has now been implemented Canada wide that will allow the decision for a patient and physician to determine the use of marihuana for medical purposes. A patient must be followed by a physician or a specialized MD within the past 12 months to be considered for eligibility, you can also frequent a walk-in clinic if you are not rostered with a family physician.
The eligibility requirements for “legal” medical marihuana certification in Canada will consist of medical documentation confirming your diagnosis by a physician or health care practitioner. Our Cannabis Care Team is qualified and supported by medical physicians that share special interests and expert knowledge within the medical marihuana industry. All medical documentation must be accessible from your physician, hospital, medical records department or walk-in clinic. Our team of Medical Co-ordinators are available 365 days a year to assist with all inquiries as well as the documentation process required to obtain certification. We provide guidance and education regarding the use of cannabis that meets Health Canada’s requirements and regulations for the legal use of marihuana for medical purposes. All costs are included with our services.
During your initial consultation you will be provided with the education regarding Medical Marihuana and the required documentation to proceed with the certification. Upon completion of the consultation, your appointed Medical Co-Ordinator will schedule a Dr.'s appointment with you via SKPYE. After you have met with the Doctor and your application has been approved, you will be legally certified within 7 days to purchase your own medical cannabis/marihuana on-line or by phone with a Canadian licensed Producer. You will receive a Registered Patient Card and documents sent directly to your home that make it legal for you to use, possess, carry and or transport Medical Marihuana within Canada. Our services facilitate certified patients to order medical cannabis on-line or by phone for medical purposes through a Canadian Licensed Producer (LP).
We specialize in on-line services that connect qualified patients with legal sources of Medical Marihuana. Our on-line services include tele-medicine appointments using SKYPE technology or by Portal appointment to connect with a physician to assist your medical needs efficiently. You will be required to provide documentation by e-mail regarding your medical history/condition (s). We protect Doctor, Client/Patient confidentiality and guidelines set in accordance to the Canadian Medical Association’s Code of Ethics and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
In order to secure an individual certification membership through our indigenous on-line medical marihuana organization, and without exception, each applicant must provide 2 pieces of valid photo identification. CERTIFICATION APPLICANTS must provide at least two pieces of valid photo identification that include;
(1) Current Drivers License (2) Canadian Passport (3) Provincial Health Card (4) Copy of North American Native Status Card
(5) Or provide a sworn affidavit of NAN Status from registered First Nation, signed by your First Nation community Chief or First Nation/Inuit Health Director
